Attorney James M. Burke has more than 37 years experience providing quality, reasonable legal advice to individuals, small businesses, and corporate clients, in Southeastern Massachusetts. During his career, he served as an Assistant District Attorney for the County of Plymouth, Public Administrator for the Commonwealth, and legal counsel for the Brockton Redevelopment Authority.

He has appeared before the Appellate Tax Board for the Commonwealth. He has successfully argued matters before the Circuit Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, Supreme Judicial Court, Appeals Courts, and the Appellate Division of the District Courts. He is a member of the Bar of the Supreme Court of the United States.
